All Main Band Members,

I WILL NEED EVERYONE TO HELP TO SPREAD THIS MESSAGE TO ALL THE PEOPLE INVOLVED IN THIS ASSESSMENT, WE DO NOT WANT ANY LATECOMERS FOR THAT DAY. SLS PLEASE ENSURE YOUR SECTION IS INFORMED ABOUT THIS.

Please take note of the following details:

Date: 23rd March 2010.
Reporting time: 0630 AM
Report to BAND ROOM immediately.

Expected time to reach back in Maris Stella: 0945AM

Bus will leave at 0700 AM sharp! All latecomers will be asked to go to Singapore Indoor Stadium themselves. We will not wait for any latecomers.

Attire: School Uniform
(Please bring your black leather shoe)

Please take note we will need to bring the following percussion instruments to Singapore Indoor Stadium.

Pit Percussion:

1. Timpani
2. Chime
3. Glockenspiel

Marching Percussion:

1. Snare Drum x 2
2. Bass Drum x 2
3. Crash Cymbal (16") x 2
4. Quad Toms
5. Marching Bells

Percussion SLs (yes! Both of you!), please make sure everything is brought to Indoor Stadium. Includes ALL STICKS for these instruments!
