Band Dinner

Hi guys again, (This is the latest updated one, so please read again)
I am posting stuff for the 2nd time today lol. OMG. This is about the Band dinner. Well its kind of a BBQ now. So all please read this carefully. ^^

Things to bring: $8 (to pay for the food and other stuff) and food(bring what your section is supposed to bring)
Note: 1.Try not to bring expensive electronic devices as we are not accountable for any
missing phones etc.
2. You are free to wear anything. PLEASE DON'T WEAR SCHOOL UNIFORM AND BAND T-SHIRT
3. Please be punctual or earlier.
Purposes: To have fun
RULES: THERE ARE NO RULES! SO JUST GET YOURSELF WILD!

Place held: Lucas' House.
Date: 16 June (Monday)
Time: 6pm-10+pm
Address: Yio Chu Kang Road

Bus Services to Lucas house: 163, 825 and 855

There will be games and food. But, this will require everyone's help so please cooperate. Thanks guys!

Things to bring(food):
1. Flute: Marshmellow (abt 10 packets)
2. Clarinet: Chicken Wings (abt 15 kg in total)
3. Double reeds: soy sauce(2 bottle), pepper(2 bottle), tomato sauce(2 bottle), chilli sauce(2 bottle), butter(3), brush(2), tongs (4), alum foil (2 rolls), satay sticks( abt 400 )
4. Saxophone: Satay(Chicken and Pork only, some cant eat beef) (100 chicken and 100 pork)
5. Trumpets: Sting Ray (5 stingrays. Buy the fins only.)
6. F.Horns: Drinks (buy different variety about 3 bottles of each variety)
7. Euphonium: Crab stick (abt 20 packets)
8. Trombone: Sausages (abt 20 packets)
9. Tuba: Prawns (abt 3 kg medium sized)
10. Percussion: Plates, cups, fork/spoon, charcoal, matchsticks and fire starter etc. (Charcoal buy 4kg, fire starter 1 box, plates, cups and utensils please buy abt 200) wire gauze(2 big sized ones).

NOTE: KEEP YOUR BUDGET AS LOW AS POSSIBLE, Buy all raw food from supermarket with receipt.

Please keep the receipt for the items you purchased for the BBQ, so that we can refund you guys. Guys, this is a compulsory event, so all MUST be present unless with VR / MC. All Sec 4 please come too, if you are free! So, I will see you guys there!

To all Band members: Please help spread this message as "wide" as possible so that all members will come. Also, maybe bring a extra set of clothes and footwear too, just in case you get wet. I not sure whether you guys will get wet. Its not my idea. Its lucas'. >< Please come to Lucas house at about 10am, cos we have to marinate the food. Thanks!
